Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hours notice to reschedule and to cancel your appointment. If you do not reschedule or cancel your appointment within this time frame or if you do not show up for your appointment, your booking fee will be non refundable and cannot be applied to future bookings. Your booking fee will reimburse us for time lost. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment so that you can complete the necessary paperwork and start your service on time. We try our best to be very accommodating, but if you are late, your service may be abbreviated or canceled to accommodate other guests. If you arrive up to 10 minutes late, we will try our best to accommodate your full appointment. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late your service will be canceled and your deposit applied to a future booking.
